Výstavní projekt Panic Room  je v řadě třetí autorskou realizací trojice Al-Ali, Dub, Moravec, vztahující se k problematice současného architektonického vývoje měst a suburbánních krajin.  V prostorách Karlín Studios rozvíjejí možnosti využití modulárního systému stavebních jednotek, které představují v krajní poloze technokraticky nastaveného řádu. Vytváří scénu započaté stavby, jejíž výsledná podoba je závislá na společenských požadavcích spojených  s kvalitou architektury jako takové.

The exhibition project Panic Room is the third common realization of a trio of authors Al-Ali, Dub and Moravec, relating to the issues of contemporary architectural development of cities and suburban landscapes. In Karlín Studios, they are developing the possibilities of the use of modular system structural units, which they represent in the extreme position of technocratically set order.  This creates a scene of commenced construction, the resulting interpretation of which is dependent on social demands on the quality of architecture itself.
